本機型適合純棉、滌綸、腈綸、尼龍、羊毛、麻等紗線的漂染。本系列機型是創新設計結構緊湊以及節能高級的筒子紗染色機相同加熱面積條件下獨特設計的熱交換器能實現加熱和冷卻的效果。

主泵和熱交換器結構緊湊,無熱量損失能提高染液流動的效率。
與常規染色機相比,此機整體管路布置簡單,能節約空間約25%。因管路更短可實現1:4~5的極低水比。
特別設計的紗架允許在有限空間排列最大數量的紗竹。精確的流量控制使細紗到粗紗的處染均可達到優質效果。
變頻器控制主泵馬達提供無級流量控制節省啟動和減載運行時的能耗。
縮短工藝時間:順暢均勻的液流和染液的高交換率加速了主要工藝過程,使染液循環周期大幅縮短。
色澤均勻換向不停頓增加了循環次數提高染色均勻度。
